Entry Description

The Taino Interpretation Center is an architectural project designed around the largest Aboriginal ceremonial Plaza of all the Antilles in the Caribbean in the search of rescuing it from its current neglect and deterioration. This project was designed based on light as an enhancer of spatial qualities. The project deals with a building morphologically connected with the history of the site and a very rich mystical internal spatiality where each one of the spaces is designed in such a way that different properties of light are used to achieve different effects in these.
