My master and life project is about adrenaline and its influence on our emotions looking at the extreme sport Downhill Longboarding. The film shows how adrenaline heightens awareness and intelligence and enhances creativity. It illustrates with the eyes of a communication designer, how extreme sports can relieve mental and physical issues and influence our emotions positively.
