The most difficult issue is translating the mathematical constructs of
loudspeaker design parameters into real world physical dynamics. This
natural limitation was overcome through laser vibrometry, a cutting
edge technology, only available in a few laboratories globally. It allowed
us to take measurements in real time and give us the real world
realities behind the mathematical constructs. At a design level, we were
able to completely understand the issue and sequences relating to
moving masses and resonance and ultimately design a solution that still
plagues existing designs.
