Huansi Project leverages its prime location with three strategic pillars: geographical convergence, commercial synergy, and youthful vitality, creating both opportunities and design challenges.

This UCGD Yocheng × Longfor collaboration explores contemporary youth lifestyles, prioritizing accessibility, aesthetics, and diverse experiences to create an "open, trendy, relaxed" urban block—Huansi Street.

Embracing Longfor's "Hybrid Space" concept, it innovatively combines residential, F&B, multi-sensory experiences, and social spaces into a Gen Z-focused community hub.
