S.O.E COFFEE stores have two main areas. In the white coffee area, people can choose the milk coffee made from different beans, and in the black coffee area, they can self-serve the freshly extracted drip coffee of the day.
In the design of the store, we retained the brand's original black and white coffee area, and carried out a new interpretation with the "Pillar-Matrix" as the core idea. The "Pillar-Matrix" is derived from the chess-related narrative in the brand story - S.O.E (Square Of Eight) is named after the game chess, representing the 64 black and white squares on a chess board.
