SEPP

MYKITA has been producing premium eyewear in the heart of Berlin since 2003. MYKITA’s metal collection features frames with a highly innovative functional design comprising simple plug connections making complex soldered joints and screw connections redundant. The frame parts are cut out of thin sheets of stainless steel before being folded into form by hand in many steps. As well as being incredibly light, a frame can be adjusted to the wearers’ features thanks to a wide variety of configuration options.

MYKITA, the couturiers of ultra-light frames, joined forces with Bernhard Willhelm to present SEPP – an aviator-style frame with fully mirrored lenses. SEPP is a drop-shaped frame featuring a rather rugged-looking parallel bridge. Its styling harks back to the rudimentary industrial frame-punching techniques of the 1970s. SEPP is part of the MYKITA & Bernhard Willhelm collection that also features FRANZ the famous golden aviators worn by Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City 2.
Finishing is either mat hand applied lacquer for colours black, pink or shiny metallic metal coating on colours gold and silver.
