Entry Description

Dock 72 at Brooklyn Navy Yard is the first ground-up office building to be built in Brooklyn in nearly 30 years. Our team provided interior architectural, FF&E, accessory selection, and art curation services for 43,000 SF of the building’s high-end amenity spaces including the lobby, two bar-and-lounges, a juice bar, spa, gym, café, market, fitness studio and flexible conference center. The spaces feature elevated finishes consisting of a mix of concrete floors and blackened steel columns, light and dark woods, blue and green tones, and warm metals to create a hospitality-like environment.
