The Dance of Peony

The Dance of Peony accentuates Eastern Values + Western Technology. The Keelung River is transformed into the lobby water wall and the floor is a flower-blooming oasis with Azul Bahia granite, black silver and red copper outlining a unique pattern of water ripples and leaves. The waiting area greets residents with a six-meter-high titanium-plated bronze electric door. The landscaping utilizes native plants to create a peaceful sanctuary within the city, while the sky bar overlooks Taipei 101 with floor-to-ceiling windows and offers an outdoor fountain garden embracing nature high in the sky.

Design Follow Story │Inspiration From Nature. Elements of the Orient is injected into the space with the splash-ink technique in landscape painting. Neo Oriental is proposed to break the traditional concept. Through observing local natural environment , humanities, history, ecology. We collect information and analyze data to complete the design.
