Cultural shifts in work-life balance mean Australians’ spend more time indoors than ever before, dramatically impacting on Australians’ health. Vitamin D, from sunlight plays a critical role in preventing many gene functions, such as preventing heart disease, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, and osteoporosis.

Suo is a wearable monitor and docking station system that tracks users' sun exposure, helping them reach goals unique to them. As a workplace initiative, Suo combines the healthcare and wellness industries to prompt workers to be more mindful of their health and working habits.
