The project takes inspiration from the traditional textile making techniques to create a collection of modern, abstract and sustainable wallcoverings. The designs were created by combining multiple layers of materials like linen threads, Linen & silk fabrics, rice paper & foil,inherently exploring techniques of hand-painting, patchwork, printing & hand-stitching. Variety in materials & techniques helped create 3-dimensional, textural surfaces. The patterns are a part of Innovations Environments collection , thus bringing out the roots of our textile creation with the most eco-friendly designs.
