In the macro environment of uncertainty, we wanted to showcase the inarguable attributes of the 80% London portfolio: the elevated specification, locations within minutes of the world's leading universities, and the proven appeal to students globally. We used playful iconography, immersive maps & bold imagery (p26-31).
