Entry Description

This is the 2020 calendar commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Yokohama Museum of Art in Japan.
It is designed based on the collections of Yokohama Museum of Art, including the works of Pablo Picasso and Isamu Noguchi, considering that a museum as a symbol of art and culture.
The simple composition expressed in monotone typography creates a minimalistic world that is compatible with the art museums while symbolizing the artworks. By changing the cutting positions, the shape that allows to list the artists' names also functions as a catalogue.
