The brief was to create a world class food experience; supermarket & foodhall fusion. The redesign is a revolution for SSG whilst remaining true to the brand’s values of great food experience, convenience & accessibility.
The designers established a tone of voice to reflect the new food experience, as well as an ownable, easy to understand signage & messaging system. The logo marque was evolved & then adapted to communications applications, collateral and signage. It is simple, contemporary yet classic; impactful not overwhelming. The palette is one of debossed concrete, timber, b&w & red.
