Moganshan

The overall masterplanning of the site maximizes visibility for dwelling units and exhibition space with them positioned along rivers in an L-shape, logically dividing the design into 2 zones of “active” and “inactive”. Taking the idea of the sea of clouds, it aims to merge into the picturesque natural environment. The massing takes the essence of traditional Chinese architecture to design a lightly curved roof which helps to blend the design into the environment harmony. The elevation echoes the streamline of mountains and further enhances the design that coexists with natural environment in
