These include flip-up arms which allow easy sitting-to-standing mobility, and the Newton Wafer mechanism™ — a 3-spring device that balances weight in infinite positions. The NLC also boasts an adjustable headrest, adjustable lumbar support, a cable-activated seat slider, and heavy-duty aluminum base and casters. The NLC is engineered for maximum durability, and can handle round-the-clock, 24-hour shifts, for individuals up to 350 pounds.
