My understanding of nature and the world around was majorly influenced by my grandpa and our traveling expeditions on our bicycles. I was intrigued by how nature interacts with us and how it alters our decisions. Thus, my work can be seen as a derivative of how I interpret the shapes, colors, and textures associated with my everyday surroundings through design. I develop layers of surfaces as an outlet for self-expression and a medium of combining handcrafted skill like embellishments, weaving with digital prints and laser techniques.
