Yu-Chu Chen is a product and user-experience designer from Taipei, Taiwan. She is currently pursuing an MA at Savannah College of Art and Design. Yu-Chu was a business school student and now considering herself as a designer with business mind. Her multi-discipline background and skill set contribute to her wide range of design. Yu-Chu loves to observe people’s behavior and detect unfulfilled needs. She believes successful user experience research is a critical element of a good design.
