Boundless Circle / Antonio Marras Hub

UniversityIstituto Marangoni Milano
Lead DesignersNatali Vorotnykova
Prize(s)Silver in Other Interior Designs / Other Interior designs
Entry Description

The development and implementation of the project were preceded by an extensive analysis of Antonio Marras's (fashion designer) work. The philosophy of the project is based on the concept of Boundless Circle. The circle is in fact one of mankind’s oldest and most powerful mystic symbols. The essential meaning of this symbol allows us to see the circle as an unbroken line that has no beginning, no end, and no direction. Incorporating these ideas at the core of the project, we do not regard the circle as a limited space, but rather as a symbol of unity of everything in our infinite universe.
