Entry Description

Contemporary home with landmark qualities; designed to give the impression of floating structure, like a ship at sea. Mimicking the angles of a ship’s hull and body of the sand, like a structure that has been pushed out from the ground like a plate tectonic ground movement. Side walls are angled at 11.5 degrees to create overhangs to accentuate the nautical aesthetic and provide solar shading. Full-length windows are also polyester powder coated to be hurricane standard. This design provides a seamless transition from land to sea as it incorporates the stunning 360º views of the island
