Entry Description

In an old village of southern China, designer was commissioned the interior design of a folk inn with a cultural museum, enhancing the local tradition of brickkiln production. Brickkiln cultural museum was built along waterfront, providing a pleasant hydrophilic environment. The folk inn facing brick kiln museum across the water. It has 10 small single buildings of 20 rooms.The main theme of interior design is extended with the index of architecture, extracting Jiangnan taste, brick culture and Chinese classical garden culture, aims to achieve harmony and unity between modernity and tradition.


Kevin Hu, an interior designer who has more than ten years of experience in the top brand hotel and high-end interior design service. As principal designer of many well-known brand hotels in first-tier cities in China, Kevin has formed mature and sensitive design perspective.He thinks design is not only creation work, but also should deal with the relationship between people and space, space and elements to make the whole balanced in the process of potential dynamic development, and finally to achieve design reliability, which he think is the basis of design.
