System

This poster was designed to promote the solo exhibition of a graphic designer, Daeki Shim. The concept of exhibition is a visual experiment of the rules that the system and the components interact with.

Daeki Shim & Hyojun Shim are graphic designers and co-founders of DAEKI & JUN Studio in Seoul. Along with running their studio, they have been teaching at several universities in South Korea. They have won and selected about 100 international awards in design competitions, such as the Red Dot Award, Graphis Annual 2017, the Society of Typographic Arts 100 Competition and Tokyo TDC Awards. Also, their works have been exhibited at the Central House of Artists in Russia, Die Neue Sammlung in Germany, Cube Design Museum in the Netherlands and the Ginza Graphic Gallery in Japan and more.
