Entry Description

The five-story, 250,000-square-foot New Balance World Headquarters building is the sole LEED v2009 CS Platinum project in the United States to achieve all Indoor Environmental Quality credits. This milestone is an expression of New Balance’s commitment to pursuing the highest levels of sustainability. Careful consideration was taken to provide employees with plentiful daylight, fresh air, and green space. Floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides and glass-walled conference rooms grouped at the core allow daylight to reach deep into every floor.
