Entry Description

Built in 1918 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the 667,000-square-foot Union Trust Building was in need of restoration after many years of neglect. The client had a clear vision for the revitalized Union Trust Building – a vibrant destination and a place that would attract exciting retail and restaurant tenants, as well as offer flexible, modern office space with desirable amenities. Designers faithfully restored the original historic exterior and interiors, and created a dramatic and inviting atrium lobby that can host events as well as receive clients of the businesses on the floors above.
