Designless & boring enclosure is now well-received thanks to this project. We utilize the temporary enclosure of long-term construction at Yokohama Station as effective PR of the city. The scenery of Yokohama is visualized with blue and red typography in order to transmit the attraction of Yokohama to the passengers. The city is consisting largely of historical sites and modern buildings. Its dichotomy of ‘old’ and ‘new’ is expressed through both 1) the use of contrasting fonts and 2) its consist yet random layout. The blue ver. was on display in Summer 2016 and red ver. was in Winter 2016.
