Born out of the tech-savvy, beer drinking community of Seattle, Washington, the PicoBrew Pico is the world's first automated countertop home beer brewing appliance. Using our biodegradable, hand-made ingredient kits, which we call PicoPaks, made from licensed recipes from award-winning breweries all over the world, Pico allows users to brew the freshest craft beer from the comfort and convenience of their kitchen. Pico also doubles as a sous vide cooker, capable of making delicious cuts of meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. Our biodegradable PicoPaks are made from sugar cane husk and are compostable after the brew session is complete. From grain-to-glass the entire brewing and fermenting process takes about a week.
