The outlook of [this table lamp + speaker] resembles an oil lamp/ kerosene lantern commonly used back in the old days. Apart from being a modern transformation of the once very useful oil lamp for lighting, it also has a speaker system with a circular-cone-shaped reflector connected to a speaker driver at the bottom to generate better sound effect. The plastic chimney with dull polish in which the LED is hidden contrasts with the shiny frame of the lamp which is made of aluminium. The handle is also aluminium with chrome plating.
