Lead Designers
Entry Description

The brief: ?To create an iconic product for consumers looking for high quality design that embodies the Kenwood Chef values for a new generation. A piece of art in the kitchen that makes a statement on a design level and yet evokes warm domestic/home-making comforts associated with baking and providing for ones family? (Kenwood Ltd.)

The response: Kenwood is one of Britain?s most well-known food preparation brands. Youmeus provided the external impetus to take them into a new direction with the kMix food mixer. This included; sub branding, naming, a new visual identity, industrial design, packaging design and sales/marketing tools to help them engage with the consumer in new and exciting ways. The projects success went beyond gaining recognition from consumers and their trade partners but also helped energise and shape the way the company view itself internally.
