Dear Anxiety: An Open Letter

Anxiety disorder is the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults. I experience anxiety in a daily basis. The “A” word and its effects are visible everywhere. The feeling of anxiety interferes with my happiness and my ability to live productively.

This newspaper is an open letter to all individuals dealing with this issue. My aim is to help more people to understand what the mental illness of "anxiety disorder" is. By using visual language and typography, I discover the different layers of anxiety and also let people understand what kind of emotion anxiety is.
