AVANT, a waterfront masterpiece developed by China Overseas Property in 2024, continues the premium “Jiu Series” philosophy of high-end residential design. It reimagines local cultural aesthetics by offering a refined sense of place and a relaxed spatial design. This project is located in a high-rise building on the west bank of the Xuhui River in Shanghai, with an excellent view of the river to the east. The design incorporates the spatial concept of a "waterfront restaurant" to create a refined atmosphere and construct a Shanghai memory in terms of spatial aesthetics.
