Entry Description

The 215-metre, 38-storey tower is a mixed-use building comprising a bank headquarters and a five-star hotel. The design concept origins from the Chinese word ‘Chung’ based on the logo of the Taichung Commercial Bank. The design creates two separate towers with a vertical void in the middle to capture the large facilities. A series of floating glass boxes is situated inside the void to enrich the building shape and create an iconic feature. A retreat terrace, with a restaurant and club combined with outdoor terrace, provides a spectacular balcony space and a magnificent city view for guests.
